Certified Wildlife Control Professional

In order to achieve the status of Certified Wildlife Control Professional with the National Wildlife Control Operators Association, each animal control specialist has to meet the following requirements:

  • Have at least three years of full time field experience in animal damage control in the six years prior to certification.
  • Sign a code of ethics statement.
  • Complete 100 hours of training covering, wildlife handling, capture techniques, business practices and biology.

To maintain certification, we undergo continuing education training every 3 years.
